Brian Gorman has worn many hats in his life. Starting his adult life as a Soldier in the U.S. Army, Brian traveled all over the country, eventually landing in Afghanistan as many Soldiers did after September 11, 2001. Brian then transitioned into civilian life as a police officer, a career he held for 10 years, all while perfecting his craft as a stockman, raising livestock in his spare time. Recognizing a need for a top-tier livestock transportation service, Brian took the plunge and opened his own business, Blarney Heights Farm Transportation. Brian is the one who answers the business phone, sends out text messages to clients, and is the happy face who greets you upon delivery of your prized livestock.
Chances are if you've messaged the Blarney Heights Farm Transportation Facebook page, Instagram page, or e-mail, you've spoken to Karla Gorman. She is the brains behind the operation, as most wives are, and coordinates all route planning, itineraries, and bookings for Blarney Heights Farm Transportation. Karla's skills for this stem from her experience as a Merchant Mariner. Her work over the past decade included commercial fishing, studying at Maritime Institute, and sailing all over the world before settling down in the mountains in Montana. She is mother, small business owner, and a farmer. In her spare time you can find her hiking and taking photos!
